Food and Drink:

I spent way too much money making way too many snacks. A few guests brought candy and baked goods to share. Pete donated a keg
.

Volunteers:

Adam

Promotion:

A million posters all over Indy Hall. Also contacted people directly on slack to ask them to come.

Good Things:

IMG_2255

It was really fun and people seemed to have a good time. Some amazing pumpkins were created. Several of the stores on Nrd Street donated prizes:

Art Store

Scout

Rocket Fizz

Menagerie

Things We Would Change:

This would require human nature to change (i.e not gonna happen) but it would be great if people read the groupbuzz post or posters and had the correct info about date/time/what to bring. Next time I won’t put so much money into it because it probably wasn’t necessary. (There’s a ton of leftover food!)

Money Things:

Conclusion:

Good times, hope to do it again!
