There are two developments still in progress as we continue to sign new members towards our breakeven point:
1) The terms of our lease with the new space, and doing due diligence with our new prospective landlords. They’ve been very responsive, but we’re still talking.
2) Evaluating options to sustain our lease at 32 Strawberry St. We have no desire to break a lease, and instead want to take advantage of the location for other purposes. As with the new workspace, that operation needs to be sustainable as well.

We’ll be sharing as much as we know, as we know it.

congratulations! this is no small feat, and i can’t wait to see what’s in store for 32 strawberry st. the momentum indy hall has is totally amazing and inspiring.

Geoff and I are going to be taking the next steps towards the new space

So… maybe the numbers are still inconclusive, but have you “decided” to go ahead with the new location? Or is it still pending some other developments?

Forgive me for my impatience but I’m really looking forward to being able to join the community at IndyHall!
