For you requirements, we're hardwired with great sound and can roll up our double garage doors for a lil' indoor/outdoor feel. You're welcome to byob/food too, so no extra costs required. Located on North American Street in the Kensington South neighborhood, like you we're trying to establish a (design-arch-art) community in conjunction with the Crane Arts Building, InLiquid, KSNAC and others. It's a fabulous venue that can hold a ton of people, has a great bar and food, and of course a stage and sound system as they are a music venue.
