I vote for Goonies, it parallels the Indy Hall story so well:

The Goonies (co-workers) are a group of friends living in a village (Philadelphia), the groups leader Mikey Walsh (Alex Hillmen), his older brother Brand (Geoff DiMasi)and gang members Andy (Johnny Bilotta), Data (Tremblay), Stef (Bart), Mouth (Joe Cairns), and Chunk (Speers) are being evicted from their homes which are to be demolished. Setting out to find a way of saving their homes, The Goonies find a treasure map and they set off in search for the treasure (freedom to pursue our passions) of the legendary pirate One-Eyed Willy (Ben Franklin) which is located beneath an abandoned restaurant (32 Strawberry St). Joined by a deformed gentle giant named Sloth, The Goonies embark on a great adventure through an underground maze filled with traps (lucrative salary offers) and skeletons (bankruptcy), where they are pursued by Sloth's mother, thief Momma Fratelli (perceived social status) and his brothers Jake (rent) and Francis (disapproving parents) who are also after One-Eyed Willy's treasure (freedom to pursue passion) Who will get to the treasure first?
