Hi Brad,

I had a great convo with Geoff DiMassi from P'unk Ave about their "yoga fridays" and was definitely inspired.

It's also encouraging to see Faith Popcorn's short snippet called "Anchoring" in the Trend Bank which takes it a step further, heralding the growth of spirituality in the workplace.

Think you'd like to give it another try in the 2nd coworking space? I love what Alex has accomplished here for context in keeping a holistic focus on (human) sustainability.

This is really exciting; one of my original ideas for coworking was centered on sustainability big time. I like what you said about being your own boss -- sometimes I don't let myself off the hook so having a supporting community that encourages things like Yoga really appeals to me. Unfortunately the first coworking space didn't work out in the long-term; I found that many of the computer people that came didn't seem to be attracted or interested in that kind of "touch-feelie" stuff, even though I am, so I didn't continue it in the 2nd coworking space. Exciting to see that others have figured out better models for it, such as Yoga once a week on Fridays. Seems easier to continue and sustain that yoga every day, which is what I tried to do.

Best,
